As Senior Vice President, U.S., Jackie McKinney leads Novocure’s U.S. strategy and operations across sales, marketing, patient experience, medical affairs, operations, policy, advocacy and market access since January 2024. She joined Novocure in 2023 as Vice President, Thoracic Business Unit, where she helped build and prepare the U.S. organization for growth in thoracic oncology. Ms. McKinney has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, where she has built high-performing teams driving commercial growth, and advancing patient-focused strategies that expand access to innovative cancer therapies. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

As Senior Vice President, EMEA and Canada, Anne Calixte de Lembeye is responsible for commercial strategy and business performance across one of Novocure’s largest regions. With extensive experience in the healthcare and oncology sectors, she has led high-performing international teams and driven the successful introduction of innovative therapies to patients worldwide. Ms. Calixte de Lembeye is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centricity as Novocure continues to expand its impact by advancing innovative cancer therapies. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD equivalent) and a Master's degree in Business from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

As Senior Vice President, Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) and Representative Director of Novocure Japan, Dr. Hidehito Kotani has led Novocure’s business growth, commercialization, organizational development, and market expansion in the APAC Region since 2021. Dr. Kotani has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including leadership roles at Panasonic Healthcare (PHC Holdings), MSD/Merck, and Pfizer. His expertise spans executive management, corporate strategy, research and development (R&D), clinical development, business development and licensing, as well as commercial operations. Dr. Kotani holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from Thomas Jefferson University and completed post-doctoral research as a Research Fellow at the Whitehead Institute, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
