Dardan joined Novocure more than six years ago on our Quality Control team, inspecting medical devices bound for patients using Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) therapy. His drive and diligence were noticed, and as the team grew, Dardan took on training responsibilities.
In 2019, when a position opened on our Purchasing team, he applied and was selected because of his prior work experience in back-office operations and customer service, coupled with his proven track record at Novocure.
Dardan now oversees ordering and supplier evaluation for materials and services in Europe. Following a promotion, he also trains new staff and collaborates with the finance department on reviewing and approving company credit card reports.
He is motivated by the shared passion of colleagues to make a difference in cancer and the shared commitment to our values in our day-to-day work.
“It’s the people and our patient-forward mission that inspire me the most,” Dardan says.
